Quick Tip: If you have photos and a rough idea of the size (e.g., "4-car driveway"), send them over! It helps us provide a quicker estimate. Don’t worry if you’re unsure; we’re happy to visit your property in person to provide a firm, fair quote. This is our standard practice for roof cleans to ensure the best possible results.
We’ll get back to you within 24 hours—usually much faster!
We are proudly based in Great Yarmouth and serve the entire county of Norfolk, as well as our neighbors in North Suffolk. While most local projects are covered by our standard rates, we are happy to travel further for larger jobs. For locations outside our primary service radius, a small travel fee will be included in your quote to cover mileage and transport costs.
Yes. We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance as standard for all exterior cleaning tasks. This coverage protects your property and our team, giving you full reassurance and complying with UK business standards. A copy of our current insurance documentation is available upon request with your quote.
Payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the work. We currently accept:
BACS transfer (bank transfer), as standard
Cash, on completion before leaving site.
For significant commercial contracts, staged payment options can be negotiated during the quoting process
We want you to love how your property looks! We always aim for a perfect finish, but if something isn't quite right, just let us know within 48 hours and we’ll come back to make it right. Whether we walk through the job together or send you "after" photos while you're at work, we make sure you are 100% satisfied before we call the project complete.
The rain doesn't stop us—we are working with water anyway and our team is prepared! However, for safety reasons and to ensure a quality finish, we may need to reschedule in extreme weather, such as:
• Heavy rain or storms: For safety, stability, and quality control.
• Strong winds: Particularly for roof and gutter cleaning, where safety is paramount.
• Freezing temperatures: To prevent slip hazards and protect our professional equipment from freezing.
If you are having your Block paved driveway cleaned, it will require to be re-sanded, then the re-sanding can be arranged to be completed on a dry day to ensure carried out correctly.
If rescheduling is necessary, we will contact you as early as possible (usually the day/evening before) to arrange an alternative date. Your booking will remain our priority, our aim is to get the job done efficiently but safely.
When performed by a professional using the correct methods, pressure washing is completely safe. There is a significant difference between DIY attempts and professional restoration. We protect your property through:
• Surface Assessments: We inspect for loose blocks, compromised pointing, or structural issues before we begin.
• Professional Techniques: Our team uses precise angles and overlaps to ensure an even clean without streaks.
• Advanced Equipment: We use rotary surface cleaners that provide a uniform finish, avoiding the "striping" or etching often caused by standard lances.
• Adjustable Pressure: Our van-mounted machinery allows us to tailor the PSI to your specific surface—preventing damage to sensitive tarmac or resin while still deep-cleaning concrete.
• Transparency: If we identify any pre-existing damage, we will discuss it with you immediately before starting any work.
We always inspect your patio before starting. While professional cleaning is safe for healthy pointing, it will likely remove any sections that are already loose, cracked, or failing. In many cases, cleaning reveals hidden damage that was covered by dirt and organic growth. If we find areas that need attention, we’ll let you know immediately and can provide recommendations for contractors to repair or replace entirely.
The ideal frequency depends on your property’s environment and usage. As a general guide, we recommend:
• Damp, Shaded or North-Facing Areas: Annual cleaning is recommended, as these damp conditions encourage faster moss and algae growth.
• High-Traffic Zones: Frequent cleaning ensures these areas remain slip-resistant and visually pristine.
• Open, Sunny Aspects: Every 18–24 months is typically sufficient to maintain a fresh look.
• Properties Under Tree Canopy: High leaf fall and sap often require a refresh every 6–12 months.
If you are based surrounding Great Yarmouth, Norwich or all areas in-between, it is worth asking for a site assessment, as the coastal salt air can also impact how quickly grime builds up on certain stone types.
Not when using our professional, low-pressure methods. Unlike high-pressure washing, which can strip the protective surface of your tiles or force water into the attic space, we use a specialised "Soft Wash" approach. This involves gentle manual scraping or low-pressure rinsing followed by a biological treatment. This standard process is designed to eliminate moss and lichen without compromising the structural integrity of your roof or the tiles protective coatings - If your roof is approx. 15-20 years old it is highly likely the tile coating has already worn away and there is a chance that there could be some variation in tile colour under the dirt/organic growth.
We prioritize the safety of our team and your property. We use a manual scrape and Biocide treatment method, accessed via temporary scaffolding towers rather than walking on your roof tiles. This prevents accidental cracks and ensures a safer workspace. You’ll see an instant improvement of the moss is removal, while our specialist treatment continues to work in the background, killing off spores and brightening your tiles over the next few months.
• Instant Improvement: Moss/organic growth build up instantly removed.
• 1-2 weeks - Organic growth starts to die off.
• 1-2 months - Dead organic growth rinses away with rain/weather.
• Final result - Expected visual within 2-4 months.
Once the initial clean is complete, the Biocide remains active within the tile surface, continuously neutralizing embedded spores. This ongoing process provides a deep, lasting clean that prevents immediate regrowth and protects the structural integrity of your roof.
